15 oz can of diced peaches in natural syrup(drain)
2 jalapenos-seeded and diced
1 red onion-chopped
6 plum tomatoes-seeded and diced
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped cilantro
fresh ground black pepper
Mix everything together and put into bowl with lid.Store in fridge overnight and use.I really like to let mine sit for 2 days as it increases the flavor.I use this salsa on pork dishes,grilled turkey sandwiches,rice and any chips..
If you like it really hot add extra jalapenos.You could also grill the jalapenos first for a smokey flavor.Enjoy!
